Qualification for Associate Participants

Note this is a preliminary version that is still under discussion

The Board will check the qualification of Organisations who apply to be accepted as Associates of Quali4EU on the basis of a set of minimum requirements specified hereunder.

Minimum requirements for an organisation to become an Associate
A) Organisations that have never previously participated in a EU collaborative R&D project should be able to demonstrate the following:

1. That they have access sufficient qualified resource to carry out their assigned tasks in good faith.
2. That the organisation or its owners have never been convicted of or have admitted to serious professional misconduct or illegal activities.
3. That they understand and commit to uphold the Association’s Organisational Code of Conduct.

B) Organisations that have previously participated in a EU collaborative R&D project should in addition be able to demonstrate the following:

1. During their previous participation(s), their participation in any projects was not terminated by the Commission for non-performance or non-compliance with contractual commitments.

Additional requirements for an organisation qualified to be a Project Coordinator

C) Organisations that plan to be Project Coordinators in addition must be able to demonstrate:

1. They employ at least two people that meet this Association’s Consultant criteria or have ongoing access to at least two external consultants or one consulting company that are members of this Association.
